Moto 360 gen 2 finally launched in india at just RS 19999

The first generation Moto 360 had plenty of things going in its favour. It was the first smartwatch to come with a round dial and looked pretty nice. The only major pain point for the Moto360 was its battery.

Today, at an event in New Delhi, Motorola took the lids off its Moto 360 (2015) watch. The smartwatch was originally shown off a couple of months ago by the company at the IFA event in Berlin.

The new Moto 360 (2015) comes in two different styles: Moto 360, Moto 360 for Women and Moto 360 Sport. There will be a total of five variants that will be available in India. The price of the Moto 360 (2015) starts at Rs 19,999 and goes all the way up to Rs 23,999.

With respect to the processor, Motorola has upgraded its device with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. They have also further improved the battery life and say that the 46 mm watch will last up to two days between charges, while the 42 mm watch will be able to last about a day and a half.

Another major change is that the Moto 360 (2015) has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chip with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and a Adreno 305 450MHz GPU. It packs in 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage.

Thus it’s come up with two models, three sizes and up to 300 different ways to customize your Moto 360. However there will be only 5 of these variants that will be made available in India and they are: 42 mm with black leather, 42 mm with cognac leather, 42 mm blush rose gold, 42 mm silver metal, 46 mm black metal.

Moto 360 runs on Android Wear 5.1.1 out-of-the-box. It is waterproof with an IP67 rating and is iPhone compatibile as well.

The Moto 360 Sport could be particularly attractive for the Indian audiences.

Additionally, the watch is rated at IP67 which means it can be soaked in 1 m (3.3 ft) of water for half an hour. The watch further boasts of voice controls.

With a starting price of Rs. 19,999 ,this device goes on sale on Myntra and Flipkart.
